A great experience from start to end! soon after placing an order I got a message from the shop telling med they had started working on it, and then they kept me updated on how long it would take to finish, how long shipping would take, the route, what companies where involved, all of it. The box was sturdy, and everything arrived intact. The only issue was assembly: it wasn't easy and took a while. Some DIY skills are required. The wood is very sturdy and hard. More detailed assembly instructions would be helpful. But it was worth the effort! It looks really good. We're delighted! Highly recommended!
